Hi, I’m Dr. Marianna Turov, and I created NEURO-Identity™ a System to address Anxious Attachment at its root: the interaction between the nervous system, subconscious patterning,
and self-concept.
Anxious attachment is not simply a mindset issue — it is a learned neurobiological response shaped by early relational experiences and reinforced through repetition. When your system perceives inconsistency or distance, it activates survival-based responses like hypervigilance, overthinking, and
emotional urgency.
My work focuses on interrupting and retraining those responses in a structured, evidence-informed way.
NEURO-Identity™ integrates Nervous System Regulation, pattern interruption, and identity-level restructuring.
Instead of teaching you to suppress anxiety or “act secure,” we work on recalibrating your internal baseline so safety becomes embodied rather than performed. This includes practical regulation tools, cognitive reframing grounded in behavioral science, and repetition-based exercises that support Neuroplastic change.
The goal is Measurable: reduced reactivity, improved emotional regulation, and more stable relationship dynamics.
If you’ve felt hesitant to try another method, that response is understandable.
Sustainable Attachment change requires depth, consistency, and psychological safety — not quick emotional highs. My approach is structured, transparent, and designed for long-term results. The outcome is not perfection in relationships, but increased emotional stability, stronger boundaries, and the ability to choose partners from Clarity rather than Fear.
